As part of the reforms to employment legislation, the Government is seeking to introduce a right for agency workers to a guaranteed number of hours, ending zero hour contracts. 

The RCN is looking for people who have undertaken nursing work in England as an agency worker to share their experiences to help shape our positioning. We want to understand what the impact of these changes might be on your work and give you the opportunity to describe any other changes you think are needed to improve nursing agency work.
