We will use these important responses to raise awareness of the challenges faced by Senior Charge Nurses, and to help lobby for better and safer working conditions. Your voice is essential to help us to do this. 

As clinical and professional leaders for nursing staff delivering direct care, RCN Scotland believes that SCNs have a vital role to play in the delivery of safe and effective care, and that being non-caseload holding is vital.
