There are 40,000 nursing vacancies in NHS England alone.

One third of RCN members are thinking of, or in the process of, leaving their jobs.  And this includes Somerset Foundation Trust, where 30% of respondents to a recent survey said they are thinking of leaving their posts due to parking and transport issues.
